Yes, Super OS 10.04 and above now have a 64 bits version
Will I still be getting updates from the official Ubuntu repositories?
Yes, you have access to all the official updates and software, in the future, more repos might be added, but the official ones will be always be there.

- Q: Can't you make Super OS fit on one CD?
- A: No, thats not possible. If you can't use the DVD edition, then you can install the original Ubuntu and then install the Super OS upgrade pack
