- The name of the iso to supply to cd2usb must be "os.iso" (this is in order to be more a bit more "distro-agnostic")

- If you ask cd2usb to download an iso, but you alreasy have one named with the proper name (os.iso in this case), cd2usb will now ask you what to do (instead of just deleting the file)
