Super OS 10.04 released
September 07, 2010
Here is the new Super OS 10.04, based on Ubuntu 10.04.1.
Details:
-The much awaited 64 bits version is now available, and includes ia32-libs to improve compatibility with 32 bits applications
-Wubi was re-introduced after a brief absence in Super OS 9.10
-The included cd2usb is now 100% mouse-driven: no more CLI-style interfaces
-Java was replaced with OpenJDK, because that’s what “ubuntu-restricted-extras” now installs instead of Java and it seems to work fine
-Most software updated, as usual: Firefox 3.6.8, Google Chrome 6, Opera 10.61, etc…
-KDE and some QT libraries previously included were removed to free up some space (I will consider if they will be re-included in the future)
-Moonlight removed due a bug in the Ubuntu packages (Silverlight/Moonlight should be avoided anyway)
Get it at the usual place:

Enjoy!
Update: Added torrent links, they are faster than HTTP, feel free to use them

Would love to try it but access forbidden?
hacktolive says:
The server probably collapsed due to heavy demand, but I just added torrents that work very well.

Thanks for sharing you work…
This is a required distribution for those who do not have internet…
I have a question…
The beta has updates?
To be a distribution function as the final version you just posted…
Because it installed by a friend. If you do not have all the fixes it is best to install the final version ….
hacktolive says:
The beta is “stable”, but it was simply not as polished as the final version. If your friend has the beta, then it is OK and secure to keep it, and he/she will get all the updates like the final version, the only downside are the problems mentioned here. And yes, if you update it, it should be more or less like the final version.
Cheers

Thanks

Parabéns à equipe Hack to Live.
