New minor version of the graphical utility to run programs, App Runner, has been released. Version: 0.4.9
Changes:
*Fixed packaging issue that prevented installation on Ubuntu 10.10
*Minor cosmetic fix: changed “run” to “Run”
The update as already been added to the repositories of Super OS 9.10, 10.04 and 10.10
You can also get it for Debian/Ubuntu at the homepage:

Hello to all.
I would like to suggest to all Super OS “fans and friends” to seed the Super OS 10.10 ISOs for a few days, if possible.
The first hours/days of every new release are critical, with many users trying to download and very few initial seeders/uploaders.
In about a week, the torrents will probably have gained “critical mass” and won’t need seeds so badly, but for now, that is important.
And the longer you seed, the better, since it ensures fast downloads for all of us
Thank you,
hacktolive
The 64 bits version of Super OS 10.10 is now available.

Here is Super OS 10.10, 32 bits version.
Changes:
*Based on Ubuntu 10.10
*Easy installation of Nvidia, ATI and Broadcom drivers, even without an internet connection (the “surprise” I mentioned earlier)
*usb-creator: Live USB creator right from the DVD menu (replacing cd2usb)
*Java re-added, replacing OpenJDK (only Java works with some banking websites)
*All software in the Super OS repository updated to their latest versions

The upcoming Super OS 10.10 is now ready and being uploaded. Hope to still release it today (10th of October), by the end of the day (GMT+0).
I wasn’t going to add a “certain feature”, after a few failed tries and many hours lost… but I managed to do make it work… I am certain many users will love it, especially “offline users” but it will also be very useful to many users with internet… (I certainly love it myself!)
Just wait a few hours for the surprise…
