I heard recently about the “Humble Indie Bundle”, it is a package of games that you can buy by “pay[ing] what you want”, even as little as 1 penny. The games are World of Goo, Gish, Lugaru HD, Penumbra Overture and Samorost 2. They all are available for Windows, Mac and Linux.

There are also hints that the source-code of Gish, Penumbra Overture and Lugaru HD will be released if the donations reach 1 million dollars (see image, wired also reports this). The total donated is already at 960 000$, but this offer will close in about 2 hours, so hurry up!

Update: It seems all the engines of the games are now released as open-source.
