Thank you, kept my torrent open for 36+ hours.
I see you are currently # 7 on Distrowatch, dropped a few copies off at my local computer store, I seem to have one of the ‘techies’ hooked ;-]

Once again thanks, and may the New Year bring you and yours All you wish, and a little bit more.

    hacktolive says:
Yeah, number 7 on Distrowatch! Very nice! And it is now at #4! (in the “last 7 days view”) Pretty freaking awesome. Of course I will go very down, once the news get old, but it is still pretty nice…
Thanks for the nice words, a good new year to you too!

Can you let us know if you plan on putting out a vdi version soon (& torrent link)? Thanks!

    hacktolive says:
Honestly: no, not soon. You have to install it yourself in VirtualBox. Sorry, I would like to do that, but my time is limited. Maybe in the future.

Oh well, thanks for letting the vdi fans know. Is there any way you can write up a short note on the usual problems you hit when creating a working vdi (specific to SuperOS)? Thanks again, and good luck with the studies.

    hacktolive says:
I never encountered any big issues installing Super OS on VirtualBox. It should be exactly the same as installing Ubuntu.

WE need an upgrade without reinstall.

    hacktolive says:
You can upgrade without re-install, however, that does not work offline. I have considered an offline “upgrade pack”, but there are some issues I am not sure how to solve (mainly, the fact that it is impossible to know what software the user has installed, so new versions of it can the packaged and offered in a upgrade pack)
    Cheers
